• 在合法逗留香港期間 - 並已在香港接種一劑疫苗 (第一劑 或 第二劑), 則可接種第三劑疫苗

關於: 接種 復必泰

成人: 年滿18 歲及以上人士

已接種一劑(復必泰), 擬接種第二劑 (復必泰)
• 年滿18 歲及以上人士, 接種第一劑及 第二劑間距至少 21天

已接種二劑(復必泰), 擬接種第三劑 (復必泰)
• 年滿18 歲及以上人士, 接種第二劑及 第三劑間距至少 90天

已接種二劑 (科興), 擬接種第三劑 (復必泰)
• 年滿18 歲及以上人士, 接種第二劑及 第三劑間距至少 90天

已接種三劑 (科興 或 復必泰), 擬接種第四劑 (科興 或 復必泰 )
• 年滿18 歲及以上人士, 接種第三劑及 第四劑間距至少 六個月
• 年滿60 歲及以上人士, 接種第三劑及 第四劑間距至少 三個月

兒童: 12至17歲人士

關於:接種疫苗人士須帶同身分證明文件 [正本] 接種疫苗。
• 3至17歲 接種者必需帶兒童身分證明文件，如沒有任何照片 (例如出生證明書)，接種疫苗時必須出示帶有學生照片的學校證明文件（例如學校手冊/護照）;
• 可接受的兒童身分證明文件: 香港身分證; 香港出世紙; 回港證; 行街紙; 非香港旅行證件（例如外國護照） 並且有可逗留香港的有效香港簽證.

關於:家長陪同及簽署同意書
• 不足18歲 必需由家長陪同及簽署同意書

接種復必泰疫苗
• 接種者必需年滿 12歲 或之上.

已接種一劑 [復必泰]
• 12至17歲人士, 接種第一劑及 第二劑間距至少 56天 (八星期)

已接種二劑 [科興], 擬接種第三劑 [復必泰]
• 12至17歲人士, 接種第二劑及 第三劑間距至少 90天

已接種二劑 [復必泰], 擬接種第三劑 [復必泰]
• 12 至17歲人士, 接種第二劑及 第三劑間距至少 150天
• 已接種三劑 (科興 或 復必泰), 擬接種第四劑 (科興 或 復必泰 )

年滿18 歲及以上人士, 接種第三劑及 第四劑間距至少 六個月

12歲或以下接種第三劑
• 不建議接種第三劑, 除免疫力弱的兒童

Hong Kong Resident
• required to bring along [ORIGINAL] identification document: HK Identity Card / Acknowledgement of Application for an HK Identity Card / Certificate of Exemption

Non- Hong Kong Resident
• required to bring along [ORIGINAL] identification document: Consular Corps Identity Card / Foreign passport (with a valid HK Visa);
• may take the 1st and 2nd dose of vaccination during their stay in Hong Kong;
• may take the 3rd dose if the person took one of the 1st or 2nd doses in Hong Kong.

Re: BioNTech vaccination

Adult: For persons aged 18 and above

For person whose 1st dose was [BioNTech] and planning to take 2nd dose of [BioNTech]
• For persons aged 18 and above, the minimum interval between 1st and 2nd dose is 21 days

For person whose 1st and 2nd doses were [BioNTech] and planning to take 3rd dose [BioNTech]
• For persons aged 18 and above, the minimum interval between 2nd and 3rd dose is 90 days

For person whose 1st and 2nd doses were [Sinovac] and planning to take 3rd dose [BioNTech]
• For persons aged 18 and above, the minimum interval between 2nd and 3rd dose is 90 days

For person whose 3rd doses were [Sinovac or BioNTech ] and planning to take 4th dose [Sinovac or BioNTech]
• For persons aged 18 and above, the minimum interval between 3rd and 4th dose is 6 months
• For persons aged 60 and above, the minimum interval between 3rd and 4th dose is 3 months

Children: For persons aged 3 - 17

Person are required to bring along [ORIGINAL] identification document:
• If there is no photo in the identification document (such as a birth certificate), please bring along an identification document with a student's photo (eg. a school ID card or handbook/passport)
• Acceptable identification document: HK Identity Card; HK Birth Certificate; HKSAR Re-entry Permit; Permit to Remain in HKSAR(ID235B); Non-HK Travel Document (e.g. Foreign passports) with a valid HK Visa to stay in HK.

Accompanied by parents and sign the consent form
• Persons under aged 18 must be accompanied by parents and sign the consent form.

BioNTech
• Persons must be aged 12 or above.

For persons whose 1st dose was [BioNTech]
• For persons aged 12 - 17, the minimum interval between 1st and 2nd dose is 56 days (8weeks)

For person whose 1st and 2nd doses were [Sinovac] and planning to take 3rd dose [BioNTech]
• For persons aged 12 - 17, the minimum interval between 2nd and 3rd dose is 90 days

For person whose 2nd dose was [BioNTech] and planning to take 3rd dose [BioNTech]
• For persons aged 12 - 17, the minimum interval between 2nd and 3rd dose is 150 days

For persons aged 12 or below planning to take 3rd dose
• The 3rd dose is NOT recommended unless the person is immunocompromised
